  • Lisa offers one on one consulting, a Spa Formulator’s Course, The Lifestyle Reset Course, A Digital Planner, The Inner Circle Membership, and a seasonal selection of Self Care Ritual Products

  • Both courses are 30 days in length, however they are self paced with lifetime access to all materials so you can complete it at your own pace and refer back to it.

  • You will have access through your courses through the download link supplied via email when purchasing. Please reach out directly to lis@lisawalsh.ca if you experience any trouble accessing your course.

  • Yes there are many resources available to my Inner Circle Membership members which is free in 2024. You can sign up to receive the biweekly news.on the Home page. Free resources are also available through my blog, called the Journal.
